In 2017 Tracy became part of the team at Gunsgreen House assisting with administration and the visitor attraction. In 2019 when the previous manager retired Tracy took over the role of manager. Tracy has worked in the care of children and young adults for a local charitable family centre then went on to manage her own childcare business when her family were young. She has also worked for the NHS School Heath team and local Social Services children's team

Michelle Phillips : Assistant House Manager

Michelle joined the team in 2020, Michelle’s background was within the holiday homes industry managing 2 holiday parks, controlling finance and HR. Michelle left her full-time job after 10 years to spend more time with her 2 young children.

Riddell is former Director of Industry and Destination Development with Scotland’s national tourist board – VisitScotland, a position he retired from in 2021. He has held a number of senior positions in both local and national tourism development during his 40 year career, much of it spent in the area where he was born and bred - the Scottish Borders. He has extensive experience in management, strategy development, communications, customer service and partnership working. He is currently chairman of Scottish Agritourism and the Coire Glas hydro electric project community liaison group

Fiona has worked in tourism marketing for over 30 years at National, Regional and Agency level. She has been a Chartered Marketer of the Institute of Marketing since 1998 and was made a fellow in 2017. Fiona brings to the table not only her tourism and marketing expertise but also her enthusiasm for rural areas and the economic benefit that tourism can bring. She is a Director of SCOTO a network of Scottish community tourism enterprises. She has recently set up her own business Fiona Drane Marketing specialising in working with tourism destinations, SME’s and communities.

A retired architect and designer experienced in arts, cultural, and historic buildings projects, Ian’s Leeds-based practice led on projects such as Sheffield Workstation, Yorkshire Craft Centre, 20 21 Visual Arts Centre, Scunthorpe, the Georgian Theatre in Richmond, Mind the Gap Theatre Company in Bradford, Barnsley Civic, Wakefield Art House, and Leeds College of Music. Joint curator & designer of the William Morris Today Exhibition at the ICA in 1984. Joint author, with Michael Wheeler, of an illustrated history of utopian ideas in 1977, Ian now runs, with Paula Tod, the Hippodrome on Harbour Road, opposite Gunsgreen House.

A former senior manager working in the cement industry in the UK and abroad, Alaister has extensive experience in logistics and managing multi-site operations. A keen proponent of expanding the use of rail for freight, he was instrumental in moving bulk road transport onto rail, expanding a rail-connected depot network in the UK. He includes managing people, budgets, safety and customer service in his skillset. A native of East Lothian, he retired to Eyemouth in 2015, and lives in the centre of the town. Along with his wife, Georgina, he now runs a holiday-let business.

Milqueya is a trained celebrant with Agnostic Scotland who offers weddings , naming ceremonies, funerals and celebrations. She has extensive experience in both health care and retails which means she brings a strong focus and passion on customer care. Her background with patients and customers has taught her how to connect with all kinds of people to ensure they receive a very personal experience. Her grandfather originated in Eyemouth and settled in the Dominican Republic after the war. She loves living in Eyemouth because of its community spirit and history.

Margaret Douglas : Board of Trustees

Born and bred in Eyemouth, Margaret is the current Chairman of Eyemouth Museum Trust and an active volunteer in the day to day work of the museum. She is involved in several groups and societies within the town. She has had a varied working career initially as an Executive Officer in the civil service and laterally as an additional needs secondary school teacher. She is a chartered librarian, with a BA in Geography and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Gareth is a Director at J.H. Greenwood & Company – Chartered Accountants & Chartered Tax Advisers. He currently heads up a large client portfolio of small to medium size businesses from many different sectors but has a strong connection with the agricultural sector. He also acts for many high net worth individuals. He regularly advises his clients on tax planning strategies whilst reviewing their accounts from a business performance viewpoint. His firm currently employs 22 members of staff. Gareth served on the Berwick Harbour Commission from 2012 to 2018. He is married with two Primary school age daughters, played sport locally when younger, and was an active member of Berwick rugby club.
